Yes. All asset hierarchies, strategies, and data carry across every upgrade. Done inside your account, no migration required.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. Turn off auto-renewal so you are not charged for the next cycle. Your data stays accessible until expiry and can be exported at any time.
Do you provide an invoice for the subscription?
Yes. A copy of every invoice is available inside your profile within the software. Download, forward, or share for accounting whenever you need.
What currency is billing in?
Billing is in USD at this stage. Multi-currency display is on the roadmap for a future release.
What is "early access to new modules" on Principal?
Principal subscribers get a first look at new modules before general release — your chance to test new capability, shape how it works through your industry experience, and influence the roadmap.
How can I log feedback, issues, or improvements?
